La Fontana Policy 

Please ensure this policy is read thoroughly prior to booking appointments. All treatments MUST be booked through our booking system. 

Deposits
A deposit of 25% will be taken at time of booking. This amount will be deducted from the full price of the treatment. The remaining balance is then paid after your treatment. 

Cancellation
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within this time period will result in your deposit being retained and not refunded.

Lateness 
I offer a 10-minute grace period for lateness. If you arrive more than10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the treatment will be cancelled and your deposit will be retained. This is in place to ensure all clients receive a timely service. 

No shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment are required to pay the full amount of their booked treatment. 

New Clients
All new clients must arrive 10-minutes prior to their appointment to fill in a consultation form. This ensures that all clients are receiving the correct treatments. 

Pregnancy
I cannot offer treatments to women in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you are unsure about the safety of treatment please ask.


Treatments 

Patch tests 
All clients are required to have a complimentary patch test at least 48 hours prior to any Lash or Tinting treatment.

Soak off (nails only)
I am not insured to remove any Gel Polish that has not been applied by me. Please ensure all polish has been removed prior to your appointment. 

CACI Treatments
Prior to booking a CACI treatment, it is essential to book in a 30-minute consultation to discuss expectations and ensure you are receiving the right treatment.
